Qualifications

• Ability to communicate customers' interests, needs and requests to management and sales personnel.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at the cashier window in a pleasant and professional manner.
• Compute customer bills and handle cash, checks, and credit card payments.
• Record amounts received and issue receipts; make changes as needed.
• Provide refunds or credit memorandums for returns.
• Operate and reconcile the cash drawer daily.
• Refer questions about work performed to the service advisor.
• Maintain and file repair orders, invoices, and forms.
• Assist service and parts departments with clerical tasks.
• Make outbound prospecting and CSI follow-up calls.
• Notify customers of schedule reminders and recalls.
