Qualifications

• At least one year of customer-facing or concierge experience preferred.
• Must pass all required background checks including state cannabis employment requirements.
• Possess valid driver's license or state ID.
• Must be 21 years or older and meet all state cannabis employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage check-in with warmth, efficiency, and compliance.
• Deter incidents by maintaining a visible, approachable presence and monitor entrances perimeters.
• De-escalate situations with empathy and clear communication.
• Escort customers when needed and support safety, cleanliness, and guest flow across the dispensary.
• Share safety insights with store teams and assist in training new APS team members.
• Report incidents and assist with emergency procedures and preparedness.
