Job summary

Bricktown Brewery in Joplin, MO is hiring an Expeditor to ensure the correct items reach Guests promptly and to fix any order delays. You’ll act as a quality control point on the line and coordinate with kitchen and service staff.

We value strong communication, staying calm under pressure, and reliability in a fast-paced restaurant. Experience in a similar role helps, and ability to read tickets and work with team members is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal / communication skills for guest interactions.
• Ability to read, organize and coordinate orders.
• Read and understand tickets and coordinate with kitchen staff.
• Reliability and good judgment in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Expedites the flow of food from the kitchen to Guests.
• Ensures correct items are delivered promptly.
• Handles delivery inconsistencies or delays and fixes orders.
• Cleans and stocks work area and supports side work.
• Maintains pace and teamwork to meet service standards.
