Job summary

Upstream Hospitality Group is seeking an Expeditor / Food Runner for Tap Room to ensure timely food delivery and maintain high presentation standards. You will confirm dish accuracy, handle special instructions, and communicate guest needs to servers and managers in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to carry multiple plates, trays, and beverages safely.
• Attention to detail and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for the duration of shift.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely, accurate, and professional delivery of food to guests.
• Confirm every dish meets presentation and preparation standards before it leaves the kitchen.
• Review orders for special instructions, dietary needs, and modifications.
• Communicate guest feedback, concerns, or additional requests to servers and managers.
• Greet guests warmly and contribute to an outstanding dining experience.
• Support the front-of-house and back-of-house teams by staying proactive and engaged.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace policies.
• Assist with additional duties to help the team and maintain smooth restaurant operations.
