Job summary

Bricktown Brewery - Joplin, MO is seeking a Restaurant Manager (Full Time) to lead Front of House operations, supervise hourly team members, and drive guest service and profitability in a busy dining environment. You will partner with the General Manager to execute sales initiatives, uphold health and safety standards, manage schedules, and ensure adherence to company policies.

The role requires at least 1 year of restaurant experience with management preferred, and the ability to work 50+ hours

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of restaurant experience required.
Restaurant management experience preferred.
Associate degree in Hospitality or a related field preferred.
Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

Execute daily restaurant operations, including supervision of hourly team members.
Assist the General Manager with executing sales initiatives and achieving business goals.
Support FOH operations, health inspections, and quality control of beer/food safety.
Oversee food presentation and adherence to Bricktown Brewery specifications.
Monitor health and safety regulations related to food preparation and service.
Maintain building, equipment, and supplies; coordinate with vendors for repairs.
