P.F. Chang's is hiring dine-in food and beverage servers for full-time or part-time roles in our Marlton, NJ location. Join a team that delivers exceptional guest experiences and grows with opportunities for advancement in a dynamic Pan-Asian concept.

No prior experience is required; we provide on-the-job training while you learn menu details and guest service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Previous experience is not required – we will train you!
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or we will help you obtain.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.

Responsabilidades

• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guest’s questions.
• Guides guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments.
• Understands restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant.
