THE ONE GROUP in Plano, TX is seeking a Server Assistant to support our service team and ensure tables are set, while helping deliver an unparalleled dining experience. You will anticipate guest needs, assist servers, and help maintain high standards of service.

This role requires a guest-first mindset, strong multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and excellent teamwork and communication skills. Nights, weekends, and holidays availability is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Pre-bus, clear, and reset tables between courses.
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas and dining spaces.
• Assist with table setups and stocking service stations.
