Red Lobster in Cheyenne, WY is seeking a friendly Server Assistant to welcome guests, support dining room service, and help maintain a clean, well-stocked restaurant. You will manage the waitlist and seating, anticipate guest needs, and deliver memorable hospitality as part of a collaborative team.

Applicants should be able to lift up to 30 pounds, stand for long shifts, and work well with others in a fast-paced environment. We offer weekly pay and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Must be at least the minimum age to work in the country you are applying
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds safely
• Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an entire shift
• Team player with attention to detail and ability to multi-task

Responsabilidades

• Welcoming every guest with a friendly smile and create a great first impression
• Managing the waitlist, reservations, and seating while providing a seamless guest experience
• Delivering exceptional hospitality by anticipating guest needs and creating memorable experiences
• Supporting dining room service by ensuring tables are fully stocked, refilling drinks, pre-bussing tables, and delivering food
• Clearing and resetting tables, maintaining a clean dining room, and communicating table readiness to the team
• Following all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards, including light cleaning or vacuuming of the dining room
• Working as one team, always putting our guests and fellow team members first
