Red Lobster is seeking a Server Assistant to help ensure a smooth, guest-focused dining experience. You will greet guests, manage seating and waitlists, and support service by keeping tables stocked, delivering drinks and food, and maintaining a clean dining room.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 30 pounds, stand for long periods, and multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering friendly hospitality to guests and teammates alike.

Qualifications

• Must be able to meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the country you are applying.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds safely.
• Move about the restaurant and stand for an entire shift.
• Team player with attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming every guest with a friendly smile and create a great first impression.
• Managing the waitlist, reservations, and seating while providing a seamless guest experience.
• Delivering hospitality by anticipating guest needs and creating memorable experiences.
• Supporting dining room service by ensuring tables are fully stocked, refilling drinks, pre-bussing tables, and delivering food.
• Clearing and resetting tables, maintaining a clean dining room, and communicating table readiness to the team.
• Following safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards, including light cleaning or vacuuming of the dining room.
• Working as one team, always putting our guests and fellow team members first.
