Red Lobster is seeking a Server Assistant to welcome guests, manage seating, and support dining room service with a focus on delivering warm hospitality and a seamless guest experience. The role emphasizes teamwork and attentiveness to guest needs while maintaining a clean and inviting dining area.

Responsibilities include managing waitlists, assisting with food delivery, and ensuring safety and sanitation standards are met throughout each shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or restaurant settings preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for an entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests with a friendly smile to create a great first impression.
• Manages waitlist, reservations, and seating for a seamless guest experience.
• Delivers hospitality by anticipating guest needs and creating memorable experiences.
• Supports dining room service by stocking tables, refilling drinks, pre-bussing, and delivering food.
• Clears and resets tables, maintains a clean dining room, and communicates readiness to the team.
• Follows safety and sanitation standards; performs light cleaning as needed.
• Works as a team to put guests and colleagues first.
