Responsibilities

• Welcoming every guest with a smile and creating a great first impression.
• Managing the waitlist, reservations, and seating for a seamless guest experience.
• Delivering hospitality by anticipating guest needs and facilitating memorable moments.
• Supporting dining room service by stocking tables, refilling drinks, pre-bussing, and delivering food.
• Clearing and resetting tables and maintaining a clean dining area.
• Following safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards; light cleaning as needed.
• Working as a cohesive team, prioritizing guests and colleagues.
