Red Lobster is seeking a friendly Server Assistant to welcome guests, manage waitlists and seating, and deliver hospitality that creates memorable experiences.

You’ll support dining room service, keep tables clean and stocked, and work as a teammate to ensure smooth service while following safety and sanitation standards. This role offers weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement within a growing family of restaurants.

Qualifications

• Must be able to welcome guests with a friendly smile and provide attentive service.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 30 pounds safely.
• Stand for entire shift and work as part of a team to ensure a great guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming every guest with a friendly smile and create a great first impression
• Managing the waitlist, reservations, and seating while providing a seamless guest experience
• Delivering exceptional hospitality by anticipating guest needs and creating memorable experiences
• Supporting dining room service by ensuring tables are fully stocked, refilling drinks, pre-bussing tables, and delivering food
• Clearing and resetting tables, maintaining a clean dining room, and communicating table readiness to the team
• Following all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards, including light cleaning or vacuuming of the dining room
• Working as one team, always putting our guests and fellow team members first
