Just Salad is seeking Toppers to join our team in Winter Park, FL. Under the direction of the Restaurant Team Leader, Toppers focus on guest interactions and preparing orders at the front of house, while supporting environmental initiatives and sustaining the brand's mission.

Formación

• Able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
• Remains stationary or moving continuously throughout a shift.
• Bend, stoop and reach as needed throughout a shift.
• Top as many salads/wraps as business dictates.
• Maintain a high pace and intensity throughout shift.
• Read, write and clearly mark a JS order ticket.
• Read, comprehend and follow JS menu and instructions.
• Communicate clearly with customers, team members and management.

Responsabilidades

• Provides excellent customer service to Just Salad guests.
• Fills out order ticket clearly and accurately.
• Assists with digital orders as needed.
• Tops salads and wraps.
• Restocks toppings and lettuce as needed.
• Practices FIFO (First in First out).
• Cleans the line and completes assigned tasks.
• Works as Name Taker if needed.
• Cleans, re-stocks and breaks down topping line at end of shift.
• Follow food safety and quality standards.
• Support programs to minimize environmental footprint.
