Job summary

Brundage Mountain Resort is seeking outgoing individuals for a winter seasonal Retail Sales Associate. Opportunities exist at downtown McCall and the on-mountain Retail Shop, with cross-training into guest services and rental tasks.

You will greet guests, advise on merchandise and resort offerings, guide them through the sales process, stock displays, and process transactions with POS systems while maintaining a clean retail space. Flexibility for weekends/holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, friendly personality that engages guests.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• POS systems experience preferred.
• Retail or cash-handling experience is a plus.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
