Job summary

Treasure Island Resort & Casino is seeking staff to welcome guests and team members, delivering a high level of guest service. The role acts as a first point of contact, providing information and coordinating security or medical resources as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent educational experience.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and solve problems professionally.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an initial point of contact for arriving guests.
• Act as a source of information and provide security and/or medical resources.
• Maintain general security awareness of organizational assets, including personnel.
• Perform repetitive duties and react to incidents, as necessary.
• Detect safety and security problems and communicate with security officers.
• React to incidents and make appropriate notifications.
• Resolve conflict in a professional manner, as necessary.
• Contribute to written reports, as required.
• Exercise care when handling property assets to prevent loss or damage.
• May be required to testify and provide statements for use in judicial and administrative proceedings.
