New Balance is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in Austin, TX to deliver exceptional customer service and expert product knowledge throughout every step of the purchase journey. You will greet customers, assess needs, explain product benefits, and complete transactions while keeping the sales floor clean, organized, and well stocked.

Experience helps but a friendly, team-oriented attitude and solid math skills are valued; flexible scheduling including weekends/holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• People person with strong communication.
• Retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service using proper selling techniques and product knowledge.
• Greet customers and understand their needs.
• Educate customers on product features and benefits.
• Process transactions and close sales.
• Keep the floor neat, organized, and well stocked.
• Protect products and report shrinkage or security concerns.
• Follow safety regulations and report accidents.
