Driftwood Hospitality Management seeks a friendly server/bartender for the Tysons Corner Westin in Falls Church, VA. The role focuses on accurate order-taking and timely delivery of food and beverages, ensuring guest satisfaction.

You will greet guests, enter orders into the POS, and deliver meals with accuracy while upholding safety and service standards. Fluency in English and a Food Handler Card are essential.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of state/federal liquor regulations and responsible beverage service.
• Current Food Handler Card or in progress of certification.
• Valid TABC license where applicable.
• Basic knowledge of food/beverage service and etiquette.
• Ability to explain specials and promotions respectfully to guests.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests in a friendly, courteous manner and upsell specials.
• Record and confirm guest orders; input into POS accurately.
• Deliver orders to tables with appropriate condiments and check for satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with liquor regulations for minors and intoxicated guests.
• Support bus staff in clearing and resetting tables and maintaining cleanliness.
