Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a Part-Time Lounge Server at The Tysons Corner Westin in Falls Church, VA. The role focuses on selling and serving food and beverages with adherence to safety, service standards, and brand policies.

You will greet guests, take orders, handle payments, report incidents, maintain station cleanliness, and support team during shifts in a fast-paced hotel environment. Flexibility with hours is required due to 24/7 operations; prior beverage service

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service and hospitality settings.
• Understanding of proper food handling and serving standards.
• Familiarity with alcohol service policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Set up station and maintain cleanliness of tables, silverware and glassware.
• Greet guests, take orders and serve in compliance with policies and brand standards.
• Handle payments and assist with guest checks following cash handling procedures.
• Report incidents or safety concerns to management and assist with safety protocols.
• Attend department meetings and participate in shift reports as required.
