Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking a team-oriented hospitality professional to provide exceptional guest service in a fast-paced setting. You will greet guests, take and record orders, and ensure accurate POS entry for timely service.

The role requires compliance with alcohol-service laws and meeting guest expectations. Responsibilities include maintaining station cleanliness, upselling desserts and beverages, and delivering orders with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Check station before, during and after shift for proper setup and cleanliness.
• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain specials.
• Record the order, repeat to confirm accuracy.
• Input order into POS to inform kitchen of details.
• Retrieve orders up to 30 lbs, deliver with condiments.
• Abide by state, federal and corporate alcohol-service rules.
• Replenish beverages and check guest satisfaction.
• Promote desserts and specialty coffees on request.
• Close out the check using POS and present to guest.
• Be available to work regularly and comply with attendance rules.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
