Qualifications

• Fluent English required for interacting with guests and team.
• Strong numeracy and financial management skills.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop team members and communicate expectations.
• Monitor and review performance, provide coaching and feedback.
• Maintain guest-first culture and ensure guest service goals are met.
• Staff shifts, safety and sanitation compliance, and brand standards.
• Prepare action plans, drive audits, and improve operations.
• Control costs, support in-restaurant promotions and product rollouts.
• Set sales goals and track results to maximize profitability.
