Job summary

Cafua Management Company is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a Dunkin’ Donuts operation in Massachusetts, developing the team and delivering a great guest experience by following Dunkin’ and franchise standards. You will provide strong leadership and feedback to drive profitability and quality service.

Responsibilities include recruiting, coaching, scheduling, performance reviews, cost control, safety and compliance, and executing marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs
• Must be able to stand for 6+ hours at a time
• Must be 18+ years or older
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and develop employees
• Communicate job expectations to employees
• Plan, monitor, appraise and review employee performance
• Provide coaching and feedback; disciplines when appropriate
• Create and maintain a guest first culture in the restaurant
• Ensure all shifts are appropriately staffed to achieve guest service goals
• Maintain safe, secure, and healthy environment by following safety and sanitation guidelines
• Ensure Brand standards and systems are executed
• Prepare and complete action plans; implement production and guest service standards
• Complete audits and implement plans to drive system improvements
• Control costs to maximize profitability
• Execute in-restaurant promotions and new product roll-outs
• Set sales goals and track results
