Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English or market language.
• Basic math and financial management.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality preferred or ability to show leadership.
• College Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership to ensure guest experiences and brand standards.
• Oversee opening/closing, cash handling, inventory, and cost control.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise team members including shift leaders.
• Foster teamwork, coaching, feedback, and conflict resolution.
• Develop operational strategies to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure health/safety compliance and sanitation standards.
• Engage with community and manage vendor relationships.
