Qualifications

• Fluent in English as a core requirement.
• Solid math and financial management skills.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles.
• Age 18+ where applicable.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop employees.
• Communicate job expectations to employees.
• Plan, monitor, appraise and review performance.
• Provide coaching and feedback; discipline when appropriate.
• Create and maintain a guest-first culture in the restaurant.
• Ensure shifts are appropriately staffed to meet guest service goals.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary environment by following safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Ensure brand standards are executed.
• Prepare and implement action plans; drive production, productivity, quality and guest service standards.
• Complete audits and drive system improvements.
• Control costs to maximize profitability.
• Execute in-restaurant marketing promotions and new product roll-outs; train the team.
• Set sales goals and track results.
