Job summary

Candidates should have 1–3 years of leadership in high-volume restaurants, a high school diploma, ServSafe cert, and the ability to manage P&L, costs, and coaching in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of high volume restaurant leadership experience; previous quick service restaurant experience strongly preferred.
• Strong track record of effectively managing COGS and labor.
• Proven ability to create a positive, safe, clean, and inviting environment.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador of the Dairy Queen brand and maintain professional performance at all times.
• Greet and welcome fans, delivering fan-first service.
• Lead operations to meet brand standards in inventory and cash controls.
• Ensure PRIDE systems and routines are followed on each scheduled shift.
• Assist the General Manager with hiring, training, coaching, and developing staff to build a skilled team.
• Create and maintain a positive, safe, clean environment for fans and team members.
• Resolve fan concerns with Dairy Queen's service recovery standards.
• Collaborate with management and team members to maintain harmonious working relationships.
