Job summary

Team Car Care East, LLC (US) seeks an Assistant General Manager in Allentown, PA to drive guest experiences and sales growth. You will work with the GM to lead a team, coach staff, and ensure consistent service quality in a fast-paced service center environment.

You will support budgeting, forecasting, and daily operations while upholding safety standards and guest-first principles in a busy automotive retail setting. Training and leadership will be central to success.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to motivate diverse groups and analyze financial objectives.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by increasing guest count and lead measure performance.
• Coach and develop teammates through our internal training program.
• Ensure quality control measures and processes are followed.
• Assist the General Manager with budgeting, sales forecasts, and expense controls.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings and manage inventory and product orders.
• Assist guests with questions in person, electronically, or by phone.
