Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a related role.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations and guest service.

Responsibilities

• Model a guest-first attitude and supervise shift employees to ensure guest service excellence.
• Review store environment to identify problems and coach the shift to meet sales and operational goals.
• Communicate improvement ideas to the Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Demonstrate integrity and uphold Areas USA culture and standards.
• Maintain composure during high volume periods and guide the team to standard operations.
• Perform special projects as assigned.
