Extended Stay America is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure all property equipment operates safely and efficiently. The role requires performing repairs, preventative maintenance, and routine upkeep to keep guest rooms and common areas in excellent condition.

Based in Daphne, AL, the technician will follow company standards, document inspections, respond promptly to guest and staff requests, and assist with emergencies as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Read and speak English proficiently.
• Ability to follow safety rules and operate maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide guest and associate support with minimal supervision.
• Perform housekeeping and maintenance tasks per standards.
• Respond to guest requests and follow up according to guidelines.
• Complete preventive maintenance inspections and work orders.
• Maintain organized maintenance areas and records.
• Assist with maintaining equipment, facilities, and safety systems.
