Job summary

Skyline Chili, LLC is seeking a GENERAL MANAGER to lead operations of our Georgetown, KY restaurant. You will direct all aspects of daily restaurant operations, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure financial targets are met with safety and quality in mind.

You will recruit, train, and supervise team members, enforce company policies and SOPs, and collaborate with corporate leadership to optimize performance and guest experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct and administer restaurant operations to meet financial, safety, quality, and cleanliness targets.

• Ensure prompt and professional customer service per company guidelines.
• Prepare and review reports and drive improvements in efficiency.
