• Ensure policies and procedures are followed per SOPs, HR policies, and strategic directives.
• Ensure guests are promptly and professionally served per company guidelines.
• Assist in selecting, training, directing, developing, and supervising Team Members.
• Deliver services efficiently per company policies and standards.
• Maintain good customer relationships; promptly resolve questions and problems.
• Develop and train staff; coordinate activities for efficiency.
• Prepare accurate, timely reports and records.
