Job summary

Target in Stevens Point, WI is hiring for a Fulfillment Operations Team Leader to oversee daily team operations, drive guest satisfaction, and maintain safe, efficient store fulfillment. You will lead hourly team members, plan workload, coach performance, and ensure accurate fulfillment and delivery goals.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+ years old, retail experience preferred, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Retail experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lead and hold others accountable.
• Effective communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly shopper experience.
• Ensure team members understand, are trained, and deliver Target's guest experience commitments.
• Observe and provide feedback, coach and develop team members.
• Review metrics and identify opportunities to improve guest experience and store operations.
• Lead and develop a guest-centric team, onboarding new staff and maintaining safety and compliance.
