KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot in Houston is seeking a Food Runner/Busser to bridge the dining room and kitchen and help create a smooth, enjoyable guest experience.

You thrive in a lively setting, enjoy interaction with guests, and can stand for long shifts. Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required; prior restaurant experience is not necessary but preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and guest-service mindset.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfortable working around grills and hot surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival.
• Answer questions regarding the menu and KPOT brand.
• Provide information on menu, pricing, hours, promotions, and policies.
• Coordinate with kitchen and FOH for smooth table turnover.
• Support front-of-house in resetting tables quickly.
• Inform management of large parties or guest concerns.
• Communicate allergy orders clearly to kitchen.
