Job summary

KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot Arlington seeks a friendly Busser to help create a smooth dining experience and bridge the dining room with the kitchen. You will be instrumental in delivering a lively, guest-focused experience in a fast-paced environment.

Greet guests, answer questions about the menu and KPOT brand, and assist with resetting tables while maintaining a hospitable, energetic attitude. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is expected.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival.
• Answer guest questions regarding the menu and KPOT brand.
• Provide information on menu, pricing, hours, promotions, and policies.
• Listen attentively to guests to ensure their needs are met.
• Assist with side work and opening/closing tasks.
• Observe and monitor table turnover and assist with resetting tables.
