Job summary

KPOT | Houston is seeking a passionate Server to join our fast-paced dining team. You will help create a smooth and enjoyable dining experience by greeting guests, answering menu questions, and ensuring accurate orders while maintaining a high-energy hospitality attitude.

You will balance bar and dining room duties, collaborate with kitchen staff, and support the team to deliver world-class service in a vibrant All-You-Can-Eat Korean BBQ and Hot Pot environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of restaurant experience.
• State-mandated Alcohol Handlers Certification.
• Point-of-Sale (POS) systems experience.
• Strong communication and passion for delivering world-class service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and warmly on arrival.
• Answer questions regarding menu and KPOT brand.
• Provide accurate info on menu, pricing, hours, promotions, policies.
• Listen to guests to ensure correct orders and satisfaction.
• Assist with side work and opening/closing tasks.
• Maintain clean, organized front-of-house server station.
• Monitor table turnover and communicate status to team.
• Inform management of special requests or guest concerns.
