Job summary

Hardee's Team Member is sought for our Park Hills, MO location to deliver friendly service and high-quality food. This on-site, part-time role supports daily restaurant operations, maintains cleanliness, and ensures a safe, welcoming environment for guests and staff.

You will assist with food prep, stocking, and customer interactions while adhering to menu standards and health/safety guidelines. Flexible hours and reliable transportation are preferred.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent preferable.
• Minimum of 16 years of age.
• Reliable transportation to work.
• Willing to work flexible hours, possibly opening/closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Follows guest service guidelines to ensure SUPERSTAR Service.
• Works assigned station(s), cleans and stocks.
• Prepares, packages and delivers products per Menu Standards.
• Follows food safety and sanitation requirements.
• Follows cash control guidelines to minimize costs.
• Demonstrates effective oral communication.
• Performs other duties as needed.
