Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Crew Person to provide a positive guest experience, prepare quality food, and maintain a clean, safe restaurant environment. You will follow service guidelines, work at assigned stations, and ensure hot, quality products while adhering to safety and cash-control practices.

Ideal candidates are at least 16 years old with reliable transportation and the ability to work flexible hours, including opening/closing shifts. High school enrollment is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent preferable.
• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation to work.
• Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Follows all Guest service guidelines to ensure SUPERSTAR service.
• Works assigned station(s) accurately and stocks/cleans stations.
• Prepares, packages and delivers products according to Menu Standards.
• Follows food safety, handling and sanitation requirements for health/safety.
• Adheres to cash control guidelines to minimize costs and manage resources.
• Communicates effectively with internal and external contacts.
• Performs other duties as needed in response to business conditions.
