Job summary

The Crew Person at Ultipro is responsible for delivering a positive guest experience by preparing quality food to standards and keeping the dining area clean and safe. You’ll work at assigned stations, follow safety procedures, and assist with packing and serving as needed.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent is preferable.
• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation to work.
• Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with a positive experience and maintain clean, safe dining areas.
• Work assigned station(s); clean, stock, and assist with other duties as needed.
• Prepare, package and deliver products according to Menu Standards and quality control.
• Follow food safety, handling, and sanitation protocols; adhere to cash control guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with team and guests; participate in special projects as required.
