Job summary

Haidilao is seeking a bartender to deliver Guest First service, mix and serve cocktails, and assist Guests with menu questions in a fast-paced environment. This role requires attentiveness to food and beverage details and a collaborative teamwork mindset.

Qualified candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, California Food Handler Certificate, and strong English communication. Mandarin/Spanish skills are a plus and support a diverse guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or experience.
• California Food Handler Certificate preferred.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin and Spanish are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and greets Guests following established service guidelines.
• Takes beverage orders and repeats for confirmation.
• Answers questions and makes recommendations about food and beverages.
• Checks IDs to verify age for alcohol service.
• Prepares cocktails and bar beverages per recipes.
• Provide exceptional Customer Service at all times.
• Assist Team Members to meet Guest needs.
• Perform side work and maintain sanitation and inventory.
