Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.

• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and mobile/online banking tools.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with branch team.
• Handle branch operations and cash devices following policies and procedures.
