Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to represent our brand with hospitality, using banking solutions and fintech to deliver exceptional client experiences. You’ll build trusted relationships by listening and understanding clients’ financial goals.

In this role you will greet clients, open and service accounts, promote Chase Mobile App and digital channels, and collaborate with branch team to meet objectives while adhering to policies.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and create a welcoming environment; manage lobby with a tablet and scheduling.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones, following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist clients with day-to-day banking and digital channel usage (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Develop trusted client relationships and coordinate with branch team to meet goals.
• Support branch operations, including cash devices, in line with bank policies.
