Chase is hiring an Associate Banker to deliver exceptional client experiences in a welcoming branch environment. You will greet clients, open and service accounts, and guide customers in using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to meet their banking needs.

You will build trusted client relationships, listen actively, and work with the branch team to help clients achieve their financial goals while adhering to bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to quickly and effectively resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and understand client needs.
• Willingness to learn products, services, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and greet clients entering the branch.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance; open new accounts.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking with technology self-service options.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations while following bank policies and procedures.
