Responsibilities

• Actively engage guests through product preparation, sampling and upsell opportunities.
• Personally demonstrate superior guest service with storytelling about products such as Fresh, Healthy, Seasonal and Local.
• Demonstrate knife showmanship to highlight the services and offerings at Pick & Prep.
• Operate the Pick & Prep area according to merchandising and operational standards.
• Ensure product quality meets Lowes Foods standards.
• Maintain sanitation and safety throughout the department according to standards.
• Perform product preparation, receiving, ordering, stocking, merchandising and guest service as needed.
• Perform PA announcements.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
