Solitude Mountain Resort is seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to manage all receptionist and clerical tasks at our lodging building. As the first point of contact for guests, you will deliver outstanding service, handle arrivals and departures, reservations, and inquiries while contributing to a positive first impression.

Qualifications

• Previous guest service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Basic accounting skills.
• Flexibility to work holidays and weekends.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Capability to work independently without supervision.
• Strong multitasking skills and prioritization.
• Intermediate computer skills and ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service.
• Handle arrivals and departures and assist with guest accounting.
• Answer inbound calls, book reservations, and assist with interdepartmental inquiries.
• Respond promptly to guest requests.
• Address lodging, guest folio, and general inquiries via email.
• Log maintenance requests and follow up on their completion.
• Prepare daily occupancy and arrival/departure reports.
• Maintain lobby coffee service.
• Assist in mailroom operations.
• Perform light housekeeping to keep lobby and back areas clean.
• Provide bell service and valet assistance as needed.
