Job summary

Solitude Mountain Resort is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to manage receptionist and clerical tasks at our lodging building. You will be the first contact for guests, delivering outstanding service and ensuring smooth arrivals and departures.

Must be 21+, capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, and able to stand for long periods. Prior guest service experience is preferred and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.

As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression. Our Front Desk Agents deliver outstanding guest service, ensuring all needs and expectations are met and exceeded.
