Job summary

Anchor Point Management Group is seeking a Guest Service Associate in University Place, WA to deliver a memorable guest experience for European Wax Center. You will perform front-of-house duties, assist guests, and promote Strut 365™ and Wax Passes while maintaining center standards and daily operations.

This is a sales-oriented, in-person position requiring a cheerful attitude, punctuality, and adherence to corporate guidelines. Prior guest service or retail exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; or 1–2 years related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Sell wax passes to guests and educate about products and promotions.
• Open and close the center and manage guest flow.
• Answer questions and assist guests with schedules and reservations.
