Responsibilities

• Selling wax passes and assisting guests with product information.
• Opening and closing procedures of the center.
• Managing guest flow and assisting with questions; track guest requests and staff availability.
• Educate guests on European Wax Center products, Strut 365 and savings.
• Maintain center front, restock shelves, and refill brochures.
• Educate guests on current in-center promotions and upcoming events.
• Monitor schedule weekly and arrive on time in dress code.
• Follow corporate policies and participate in community events and marketing.
• Engage in Strut Sessions and Bloomfire participation as required.
• Create memorable guest experiences using EWC terminology and scripts.
• Maintain center cleanliness and contribute to achieving goals.
