Job summary

Anchor Point Management Group is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Federal Way, WA. This sales-focused role delivers the first and last impression of guest experience, maintaining a cheerful attitude and helping guests feel beautiful and confident.

You will educate guests on European Wax Center products, sell wax passes, open/close procedures, and keep the front of the center tidy while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; or 1–2 years related experience or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Excellent customer service and sales abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Selling wax passes.
• Opening and closing procedures of the center.
• Managing guest flow and answering questions as needed.
• Educating guests on product portfolio and Strut 365™, and demonstrating products.
• Maintaining the front of the center and restocking shelves.
• Educating guests on current in-center promotions.
• Keeping to schedule and wearing proper dress code and name tag.
• Following corporate policies and participating in events.
