Job summary

Qualifications

• Knows the specs and standards in the Training Manual
• Actively upholds standards for food, beverage, service, and aesthetics
• Ability to run and execute shifts
• Owns assigned area and maintains shift flow

Responsibilities

• Run and execute shifts across service, host, and bar areas
• Open and close the venue with the correct aesthetics
• Monitor staffing levels and ensure labor hits budgets
• Coach staff before shifts and mentor team members
• Maintain professionalism and effective communication across the team
• Engage guests, touch tables, and resolve guest situations to satisfaction
