Job summary

Pinstripes is seeking a Manager to oversee multiple workgroups (service, host, bar), manage venue zones, and supervise private events while reviewing daily, weekly, and quarterly financials. The role requires maintaining aesthetics, staffing, and guest engagement across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Run and execute shifts with attention to detail and correct aesthetics
• Open and close the venue with the correct aesthetics
• Maintain company standards for aesthetics throughout the shift
• Actively control labor to hit budgets
• Coach staff through pre-shifts and on-the-floor guidance, and hold conversations when needed
• Engage with staff and communicate information across all workgroups
• Be the Go To Manager on the floor, ensuring professionalism and clear guest interactions
• Table touches with guests and seek community involvement

We generally host hundreds of guests each week in our Bistro, Bowling, Bocce, or Bar areas. We also host and execute numerous events a week, from corporate small happy hours, to social gatherings, to seated coursed dinners.

Managers will be exposed to every workgroup (service, host, and bar), manage different zones of the venue, run private events, and see daily, weekly, and quarterly financials, so it is clear how to move the venue forward financially.
