Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service orientation.
• Conflict resolution skills to handle guest issues.
• Must be able to follow policies, procedures, and standards.
• Up to 1 year of experience required.
• 1–2 years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct and oversee valet operations daily.
• Coordinate scheduling for Valet, Shuttle, Courier, and Box Truck staff.
• Monitor traffic flow and park guest cars; issue valet tickets and secure keys.
• Assist guests and provide friendly, professional service.
• Provide conflict resolution when necessary and maintain guest relations.
• Follow policies regarding parking and safety procedures; ensure opening/closing per policy.
• Conduct visual vehicle checks and document any damage.
• Provide directions to CHH facilities in a friendly manner.
• Participate in committees and attend scheduled meetings; suggest improvements.
• Accurately complete all required paperwork for the shift.
