Job summary

Cabell Huntington Hospital is seeking a full-time Valet Supervisor to lead daily valet operations. The role includes scheduling staff, managing parking logistics, and ensuring guest safety and satisfaction.

Responsibilities include monitoring traffic flow, issuing tickets, maintaining key security, conflict resolution, and ensuring policy compliance. Preferred candidates have valet/service experience and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Valid Operators License.
• Clean criminal and motor vehicle record.
• Meet Hospital Insurance Carrier requirements.
• Past valet, customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and ability to drive various vehicle types.
• Basic First Aid experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct and oversee valet operations daily.
• Coordinate scheduling for valet employees.
• Monitor traffic flow, park guest cars, issue tickets and secure valet keys.
• Provide friendly, professional service and build client relations.
• Resolve conflicts when necessary.
• Understand and follow all parking policies and procedures.
• Open and close valet parking per policy and guide staff.
• Conduct pre-vehicle checks and document any damage.
• Instruct guests on pickup procedures and facility directions.
• Attend meetings and contribute improvements; complete shift paperwork.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
